Private sessions are always a great way to start your workout. If you have never done Pilates before a private session with me is highly recommended. We can assess your fitness and postural health and make a plan for you for class. We will review the moves so you will feel right at home on your very first day in class. If you want to fine tune your current Pilates workout and make sure you are getting the most out of your movements schedule a private with me too. First introductory session only $35 for 1 hour. Packages available and pricing depends on amount purchased.

Licensed physical therapist, certified Pilates Instructor and author of “On a Roll @ Home, Home Exercises for Core Strength and Massage on the Foam Roller”, Donna Gambino will take you through a step-by-step instruction of the exercises from her top selling roller book.
This workshop will teach you about postural awareness and how to use the foam roller for stretching, Pilates strengthening and deep massage.
ü All you need to bring is a non-skid, rubber mat and wear form fitting clothing. All fitness levels accommodated.

THE TRX WORKOUT !
This workout will be available for single person privates
or for duets. Duets will split the hourly fee-- $30 per person. Duets
will do a circuit -so while one person is on the TRX, the other will be
doing something equally as challenging. This workout will be outside
so you should dress accordingly. TRX training will end Sept 30 for the
