Continue or Begin your Pilates journey in 2013.  What are your goals? What have you been trying to change? What pain syndromes are you working with?  Let's address them and make you the BEST you can be in 2013. 

Private sessions are always a great way to start your workout. If you have never done Pilates before a private session with me is highly recommended. We can assess your fitness and postural health and make a plan for you for class. We will review the moves so you will feel right at home on your very first day in class.  If you want to fine tune your current Pilates  workout and make sure you are getting the most out of your movements schedule a private with me too. First introductory session only $35 for 1 hour. Packages available and pricing depends on amount purchased.

Foam Roller Workshop

CCCome experience this effective way to strengthen your deep core muscles, stretch, and massage away muscle pain, using the foam roller. Used in physical therapy and Pilates for years.

  Do you have a roller? Do you know what to do with it?

Do you know how good you will feel after a work out?

Licensed physical therapist, certified Pilates Instructor and author of “On a Roll @ Home, Home Exercises for Core Strength and Massage on the Foam Roller”, Donna Gambino will take you through a step-by-step instruction of the exercises from her top selling roller book. 

This workshop will teach you about postural awareness and how to use the foam roller for stretching, Pilates strengthening and deep massage.

ü  All you need to bring is a non-skid, rubber mat and wear form fitting clothing.   All fitness levels accommodated.

THE TRX WORKOUT ! 

SUMMERS ONLY

This workout will be available for single person privates or for duets.  Duets will split the hourly fee-- $30 per person. Duets will do a circuit -so while one person is on the TRX, the other will be doing something equally as challenging.  This workout will be outside so you should dress accordingly. TRX training will end Sept 30 for the winter months.
 You will need shoes, a towel and a strong determination. All workouts will be adapted to your fitness level -of course.  The schedule for MAY privates will be out next week.

    NOT SEEING RESULTS IN CLASS?   YOU SHOULD BE......

      If any of you are NOT seeing results in class, or are unsure if you are "getting" the Pilates connections--Please come see me privately for an intense look at what you are doing and how you are performing your Pilates moves. You are paying money to get results and I want you to get results so lets work together !!!

    Reformer dates are available but limited due to high demand.   Anyone wishing to try the reformer just drop me an email to schedule a time. I will do my best to accommodate you. Private reformer and chairs sessions are offered in my home.

     Also those of you looking for a Cardio plus Pilates workout you can try out the Reformer Jumpboard or Cardio Tramp workout. This interval training will increase your heart rate and also give you those rock hard abs. It's a challenging workout with LOW impact. Feel like a kid again and JUMP !
