Private sessions are always a great way to start your workout. If you have never done Pilates before a private session with me is highly recommended. We can assess your fitness and postural health and make a plan for you for class and most importantly set YOUR goals. We will review the moves so you will feel right at home on your very first day in class. If you want to fine tune your current Pilates workout and make sure you are getting the most out of your movements schedule a private with me too. Packages available and pricing depends on amount purchased.
